I was hoping to add screenshots which would tell the story.
"Tethering and Hotspot" settings screen blank.

Current software ABP662, Can download ABT855, update starts, reboots, gives broken robot screen "whoops this is embarrasing"
Tried and failed 3 times...

Several apps I require, throw error "must update google play services to run this app"...

-edit- "System Apps" tab in Update app shows "Could not connect to server" (retry)
